A new taste experience

Spoil your palate with the freshest ingredients you could imagine, plucked from the soil of our own herb- and kitchen garden. You're bound to find not only well-known sorts of herbs and vegetables here, we have also rediscovered some of those who have almost been forgotten. It is only natural that all of them are constituents of our new menus.

The whole castle garden consists of different parts that fade into one another and add up to a wonderful overall picture.

First and foremost, the herb- and kitchen garden is supposed to supply our restaurant with freshness. It will be modelled on old monastery gardens in cooperation with the Brunswick University of Technology. In the process, some forgotten knowledge of plants has already been brought back into our memories.
