We look forward to cutting the ribbon on our new, magnificent castle garden with you this year. 

This magical retreat of nature is created based on our new conception and in cooperation with the Brunswick monastery garden and landscape architect H. Gamradt from Hamburg.

We will soon be plucking delicious produce and fresh herbs from our kitchen garden to prepare your meals. But there's more to it than that. There will also be a stage, the perfect venue for small summer concerts or maybe even for your own wedding. All the kinds of fruit we use to flavour our selection of home-made fruit brandies are found in our orchard or in our fruit tree alley. And when was the last time you had a picnic on a lawn? 

Two boule fields as a picnic lawn, a basket full of French delicacies, fine red wine, creamy cheese and freshly baked baguette, that's what adds some typical French flair to your stay. There are many ways to enjoy our beautiful new garden.
